All orders ship from our stores in McKinney, TX or Allen, TX within 3 days of the ordering being placed. At this time we only ship to the continental United States. Most orders arrive within 3 days of being marked as fulfilled and shipped from our store. Shipping prices are determined on size and weight of product - not flat rates.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product forstore credit,a different product, or arefund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
